Your blog has some good evidence of research but it is lacking in relating that research to your project.

I think your group would benefit from an account of the groups' roles and responsibilites and a plan of action with time limits so that you can all see when certain things should be happening and getting completed.
You need to revisit some of your posts and link them to te creative decisions and technical choices that you have made/will make.
